Fitmenu products are labelled for a shelf life of 7 days refrigerated, which is safe and valid at all times.
However, the average shelf life of products is longer than 7 days, so we recommend that you check the freshness of food (color, smell) before consuming it if you do so after 7 days.

Fitmenu products are first assembled from the freshest foods on the market, processed in refrigerated chambers at the ideal temperature, giving the food the longest possible freshness.
Meals are packed in a modified atmosphere, the process most highly recommended by MAPAQ. Like sous-vide, modified-atmosphere packaging removes oxygen from the dishes, which oxidizes the food, replacing it with natural gases that preserve food quality and freshness longer than ambient air.
Meals cannot be modified. However, you can select the desired format (e.g. Standard, SuperSize, Family) and whether you want a regular or reduced-carbohydrate meal for most of our dishes, with some exceptions.
As for the package boxes, they are randomly composed according to our current weekly menu, and you can choose between a box containing Standard or SuperSize, Regular, Reduced Carbohydrate or Half & Half meals, as well as the VEGAN option.
To choose the contents of your box, please consult the “À la carte” section to select your dishes.
Since we are a catering service, our meals are all healthy and freshly prepared, but if you have a specific weight-loss goal, we recommend that you consult a trainer or nutritionist who will be able to guide you better. He or she will also help you choose from among all our meals to help you reach your goals.
It is impossible for us to modify a recipe or to guarantee the total absence of traces of an allergen. However, we will be happy to advise you on which of our products do not contain ingredients to which you are allergic.
Forfeit boxes are assembled randomly with the week’s dishes. It is therefore not possible to select meals for these boxes.

No, but you can choose to replace the carbohydrate portion with the same amount of vegetables in most of our meals. If you choose our Fitkits, then these are economical 800g formats of cooked meats, plain or in sauce, so all you have to do is decide what to serve at home.
None of our meals are frozen; we seal them to ensure the best possible freshness for all our foods. The effect of dry ice may ¨glaze¨ the meal, but all you have to do is put it in the fridge!
Although our intention is for you to enjoy our products fresh, it is absolutely possible for you to freeze them. Fitmenu products are made the “homemade” way; they’ve never been frozen before.

Production takes place in a MAPAQ-certified food factory. Dishes are prepared according to quantities ordered and just before delivery to guarantee maximum freshness.
The ingredients of all our dishes are displayed directly on the product sheet when they are online. Simply select the dish option and the ingredients for that option will be displayed. When the dishes are no longer online, the ingredients and nutritional values of all our recipes remain accessible from the Nutritional Values tab (in the black strip at the top of the site).

You can start by browsing our website to see all our options. Create an account, taking care to verify your billing and shipping address. Then you can add items one by one to your basket. You can then proceed to online payment.
You’ll receive a confirmation message when your order is complete.
A one-off purchase means a one-off charge, whereas a weekly purchase is charged every week on the same day. So you’ll get your order delivered to your door every week, without having to worry about returning to the site.

You have 24 hours before the pre-authorized payment of a recurring product to cancel your order by calling 450-665-6368 ext. 0 or by e-mail [email protected] .

Orders are non-refundable, in which case we will credit the amount of your purchase to your account.
Please note that no cancellation requests will be considered after 8 p.m. on days when orders are closed, i.e. Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Orders placed between Monday and Tuesday before midnight will be delivered on FRIDAY.
Orders placed between Wednesday and Thursday before midnight will be delivered on MONDAY (except for regional orders, which will be delivered on Tuesday).
Orders placed between Friday, Saturday and Sunday before midnight will be delivered on WEDNESDAY.
No. The delivery service simply leaves the box on your doorstep. Be sure to add a note if you’d like it delivered to a specific location (to the right of the house, to the side door, etc.).
Our delivery service covers most of Quebec.
Please note that for some regions, delivery in less than 48 hours is impossible with our carrier. To avoid risking the freshness of the products delivered to you, orders in these regions cannot be completed (Fermont, Sept-Îles, Mille-Isles).

The weekly box is composed from the available à la carte menu. Please note that no specific requests can be made.

Boxes by the week means that payment is automatically deducted once a week and your delivery and order are made automatically.
You can unsubscribe at any time. Simply log into your account, click on the Subscriptions tab and unsubscribe. You must unsubscribe before automatic payment is withdrawn from your payment method.
If you wish to change your current subscription, you’ll need to cancel it and place a new order with the options you’d like to change.
Subscription boxes are an economical way to receive a variety of dishes at reduced prices without having to order every week. You receive your box, and the chef selects the dishes. You can’t choose to remove a particular dish.
